▸ Where is Picxie Frame Photography Studio located?
We are located at Atega Street, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, right in front of Northern Mindanao College, Inc.
💰 PRICING
▸ How much does a self-portrait session cost?
Our core packages start at ₱249 for Solo sessions and go up to ₱1,499 for our Extravaganza group package. Each package includes both digital and printed photo outputs.
▸ What are your premium services?
We offer Themed Photoshoots with a photographer (Basic, Standard, Premium) ranging from ₱1,499 to ₱2,499. Studio rentals are also available starting at ₱499.
📅 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES
▸ Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend advance booking through our website. Walk-ins are allowed only if the time slot is open.
▸ How can I pay?
Payments are accepted through GCash or cash on-site. Online pre-payment secures your slot.
🐾 PET POLICIES
▸ Can I bring my fur baby to the shoot?
Yes! Pets are welcome for all packages, provided you pay the ₱100 per pet fee. This helps us maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
However, we reserve the right to refuse aggressive pets that may pose safety risks. If you're bringing an exotic pet (e.g., snakes, reptiles, birds of prey, etc.), you must request special approval from the studio at least 48 hours in advance.
🕑 LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
▸ What happens if I arrive late?
We allow a 5-minute grace period. If you're late beyond that, your shoot time may be shortened, or your booking may be rescheduled depending on availability.
🔁 EXEMPTED REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS
▸ Can I cancel or reschedule my shoot?
One-time free rebooking is allowed with 24 hours' notice. Further reschedules may require a ₱50–₱100 admin fee. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment are not eligible for a refund
🎟️ STUDIO CREDITS
▸ What are studio credits and how do they work?
If you're unable to attend your booked session, we may issue you a studio credit (upon approval). You can use this credit for any future booking of the same or lower value. If upgrading, simply pay the price difference.
🎉 DISCOUNTS
▸ Do you offer any student or group discounts?
We currently offer affordable, fixed rates per package. From time to time, we may launch limited-time promos or loyalty rewards. Follow us on social media for announcements!
🎬 USE OF EQUIPMENT & PROPS
▸ Can I use your camera and studio gear during rental?
Only those availing of self-portrait packages or the Studio Rental Package may access our equipment and props. Basic Studio Rental (₱499/₱999) is space-only—no gear or backdrop access.
🚫 CODE OF CONDUCT & SESSION TERMINATION
▸ Are there any studio rules I should know?
Yes! Clients must treat staff respectfully, handle equipment with care, and supervise children. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate session termination without refund.
📸 PHOTO RIGHTS & USAGE
▸ Who owns the photos?
You own your photos for personal use. Commercial use (ads, product marketing, resale) requires separate approval from the studio.
▸ Can my photos be posted online by Picxie Frame?
Only if you give us your permission. We respect your privacy. You can also opt to have your favorite shot featured in our studio’s Wall of Gallery.
💾 FILE STORAGE & DELIVERY POLICY
▸ How are my photos delivered?
All raw and edited files are sent via Google Drive within 2–3 days after your session. The link remains active for 30 days.
▸ What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days, files are no longer accessible via Google Drive. We highly recommend downloading them immediately to avoid losing access.
⚡ FORCE MAJEURE
▸ What if there’s a power outage or typhoon?
In the event of natural disasters, brownouts, or government-mandated restrictions, we will notify you and allow a free reschedule. No refunds apply due to uncontrollable events.
🛡️ LIABILITY & STUDIO SAFETY
▸ Is the studio safe and secure?
Yes. The studio is equipped with CCTV cameras, proper ventilation, and safety signage. We regularly clean the space and ensure all equipment is safe for use.
